The technical order check (TAK)
In order to check your commissions for plausibility or errors during the planning phase, before ordering or even after changes, the Technical Order Check (TAK) has been integrated in CARAT.

Current catalogue of a participating manufacturer.

A Customer number of the manufacturer, entered in the catalogue master data Head data in CARAT is the generic term for all details that are needed for the design and ordering of a kitchen. The Module 4V.
As Administrator you can activate or deactivate the following rights for a user in the Authorizations admin.:

1122 - Order check can be conducted manually.

4019 - The order check will be conducted automatically before a set (print) event.

Under order check in the options you can set before which print event the order check should be carried out automatically.
Open or create a plan with a manufacturer catalogue that supports this function. Switch to the Manufacturer index card in the CARAT menu ribbon, and click Typically the LEFT mouse button is pressed once quickly, if not specified differently. Clicking will either mark an object, or when clicking on a button, the execution of the desired activity (e.g. OK, Cancel, Close). on the TAK symbol.
The verification will be run in the background.
After a short waiting time, you will receive a Notification that the check result is available. This is automatically displayed in the Notifications sidebar and is also signalled by a number next to the Bell at the top right of the menu ribbon.
Click on the Bell in the menu ribbon or on the notification in the Notifications sidebar to open the check result. The check result shows you in 3 index cards whether there are Errors, Warnings or Information about the planning.
By clicking on the Article numbers displayed, the respective articles are marked in your commission and can then be edited there if required.
